GREAT OCEAN ROAD

The 285-kilometre drive from Torquay to Warrnambool is one of the world’s most spectacular coastal drives. Scenery you will pass along the way includes cool climate rainforests, seaside beach villages and spectacular rock formations. Highlights include the Twelve Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge and the Otway Ranges.

LEARN TO SURF

There are a number of local surf schools offering a great variety of classes, kayak and stand-up paddle boarding activities, plus ocean sport equipment and wet suit hire. Your Conference and Events Coordinator can organise a team building Learn to Surf event tailored to your conference.

Within six minutes drive of our venue you can choose froma picturesque 18-hole par 66 golf course and an 18-hole championship golf course.

Choose from seven spaces all with natural light including a pillar-less ballroom, which can be divided into three spaces and caters for up to 350 people cocktail style or 250 in a banquet setting (Zeally 1, 2 and 3).

VENUE SPECIFICATIONS

ZEALLY BALLROOM

The Zeally Ballroom features breathtaking views. With its floor-to-ceiling windows and 180-degree panoramic ocean views, it can host up to 250 for a seated conference or up to 350 for a standing cocktail party. 

ZEALLY 1, 2 & 3 

The pillar-less Zeally Ballroom can be divided into three function spaces – Zeally, 1, 2 and 3. This beautiful space will impress even the most discerning guest as they take in the exquisite ocean views ofPoint Danger and magnificent rugged coastline. 

 

 

BARWON ROOM

The Barwon Rooms, which cater for up to 120 guests, can be used as one large space or two smaller spaces and feature a large outside deck, which overlooks the outdoor pool and gardens.

 

 

 

 

 

 

PRE-FUNCTION FOYER 

The Pre-Function Foyer that divides the Zeally Rooms and Barwon Rooms is also a fully functional space, ideal for registration, trade exhibits, refreshments or breakout groups.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

PRIVATE DINING ROOM

A private dining room adjacent to 100 The Esplanade Restaurant & Bar caters for up to 40 guests and is well suited to smaller functions.
